Academic Profile

She has been taking classes for 5 years in Alcanza and started with a very basic level, probably A1. Her understanding and usage of English is currently pretty solid (B2+/C1) and this has given her the bases for presenting an international English Certification. In spite of her firm progress to a really high level of English, Yamileth struggles with basic aspects such as the usage of prepositions, adjectives and adverbs. She is also forgets the past tense of both regular and irregular verbs when producing. She could benefit from a 3 or 4-week specialized curriculum covering these leaks in her knowledge.

Young adult, about to start college, chatty and smart. It is easy to make her produce and talk. She has strong opinions and ideas, any topic could work with her. Likes discussing current topics (sports, business, future career, growth, culture). Good listening skills, writing and spelling can be improved.
