She has a basic background from college, but she has difficulties making simple sentences even though she knows the elements since she was able to articulate some basic answers, she did a good job mentioning some ideas. She has difficulties creating coherent sentences and understanding the listening structure. Her writing falls into the same level as well.

She has a rudementary idea on how to speak, but requires a lot of support to increase confidence and start building basic ideas.
